The Wauconda Area Chamber serves the communities of Wauconda, Island Lake, Lakemoor, Port Barrington, Lake Barrington, and Volo who are hosts to abundant opportunities to work, shop, dine and explore. From the focal piece of recreational Bangs Lake, to streets filled with small shops and quality restaurants, to ever expanding commercial, professional, industrial and retail centers we are certain that your every need can be satisfied locally.
Dedicated to Economic Growth
The Wauconda Chamber is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting the growth and retention of existing businesses. We are the liaison between business, communities, and local governments, with economic growth being one of our primary goals. The Chamber serves in a leadership capacity to promote a healthy business climate and to help grow the quality of life in the communities we serve.
Promoting Local Businesses
Chamber members represent all aspects of our business community. The Chamber strives to enhance the value of every one of its members through a dedicated office staff, a tweleve member Board of Directors, and various committees. The Chamber refers businesess and promotes member products or services through an interactive website, social media outlets, various publications, advertising opportunities, and sponsorship of events that bring Chamber members and the community together.
